1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
✅ Damaged/Defective Products: Received items that are broken, expired, or not as described.
✅ Wrong Item Shipped: If you received an incorrect product due to an error on our part.
❌ Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods (e.g., seeds, fertilizers, pesticides) once opened or used.
Timeframe: Return/exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
2. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
Follow these simple steps:

2️⃣ Verification: Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
3️⃣ Return Shipment: If approved, return the product in its original packaging (unopened/unused).
4️⃣ Refund/Replacement: Once received and inspected, we will process a refund or dispatch a replacement.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
- For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
4. Return Shipping
- Fazal Agri Mall covers return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).
- For other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned/exchanged unless defective:
- Opened or used seeds, fertilizers, pesticides.
- Agricultural machinery/equipment with no manufacturing defects.
